StandingSlot
Overview
StandingSlot books a regular client's whole weekly series through Calendly and offers cancelled slots to a waitlist.
StandingSlot is a web app from MindKlip for tutors, trainers, coaches and therapists who book through Calendly. It adds two things Calendly lacks:
- Weekly series: book a client every week or every other week in one step. Each session is a real Calendly booking, so Calendly's confirmations and reminders still go out.
- Waitlist: one waitlist link per event type. When someone cancels, the person who has waited longest is emailed your booking link and a set time to take it.

What you need
- A paid Calendly plan. Calendly only lets other tools book on paid plans.
- A one-on-one event type for each series. Group events can't be booked as a series.
Price
$7 a month, tax included, renewing monthly. Cancel from the Account page and you keep access to the end of the month you've paid for; Renew subscription undoes it.
Your data
- Disconnect removes StandingSlot's access to Calendly and stops waitlist refills. Sessions already booked stay in Calendly.
- Delete account removes everything StandingSlot holds and ends the subscription. Sessions already booked stay in Calendly.
