Offer cancelled slots to the people waiting for them.
Start a waitlist
On the Waitlist tab, pick an event type and a Hold time for each person: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or 24 hours. Click Create waitlist.
Each event type has one waitlist. The hold time can't be changed later; delete the waitlist and make a new one instead.
Cancellation alerts use a Calendly webhook. If Calendly refuses it, StandingSlot tells you your plan may not include it.
Share the link
Click Copy link and send it to clients. They join with their name and email, and every email gives them a link to leave.
When someone cancels
The person who has waited longest is emailed your booking link. Their hold starts when the email goes out and ends at the hold time or at the slot itself, whichever comes first. If they don't book it, the next person is emailed. Anyone with the booking link can take the slot.
Show people lists who's waiting, with Remove for each. Delete this waitlist removes it.
